Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item’s price was incorrect at the time of your order, we will contact you before processing the order. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Product Descriptions and Condition

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including condition, specifications, and compatibility. Product images may be stock photos or representative images. “Refurbished” means the item has been tested and verified for functionality. “Used — Tested” means the item has been confirmed working but may show cosmetic wear. “As-Is / For Parts” items are sold without testing or warranty. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before ordering.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. RedByteTech is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are subject to our Return Policy. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Warranty

All items sold as “Refurbished” or “Used — Tested” carry a 30-day functional warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in functionality that were not disclosed in the product listing. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, power surges, or physical damage after delivery. Items sold as “As-Is” carry no warranty.

Limitation of Liability

RedByteTech’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to lost data, downtime, or business interruption.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of RedByteTech or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission.
