30-Day Return Policy

RedByteTech stands behind every item we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — uninstalled, undamaged, and with all original accessories and packaging included. Items that have been installed, physically modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. All returns must include a valid RMA number — items sent back without authorization may not be processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the credit to your account.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will ship the correct replacement at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items sold explicitly as “As-Is” or “For Parts/Repair,” items damaged due to misuse or improper installation, and custom-configured or bulk orders (unless defective). Items marked as non-returnable in the product listing are final sale.

Shipping Costs

For returns due to buyer preference (changed mind, ordered wrong part), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For returns due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, item not as described), RedByteTech covers all return shipping costs.

Warranty

All refurbished and tested items carry a 30-day functional warranty from the date of delivery. If a warranted item fails during normal use within the warranty period, contact us for a replacement or refund. Items sold as “New” carry the manufacturer’s original warranty where applicable.
