Shipping Policy

RedByteTech ships from our facility in the United States. We are committed to getting your order to you quickly and securely.

Processing and Handling

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and weight of your order. Standard shipping typically delivers within 3–7 business days. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

For large or heavy items such as servers, rackmount equipment, and bulk orders, we may use freight shipping. Freight shipments will be quoted individually — contact us for a shipping estimate on oversized items.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can also view tracking information in your account under Order History.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We offer competitive shipping rates and will always choose the most cost-effective carrier for your shipment.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International buyers outside these regions should contact us before ordering for a shipping quote. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged with anti-static materials and appropriate padding to ensure safe delivery. Servers and sensitive electronic components receive additional protective packaging. If you receive a package that appears damaged during transit, please document the damage with photos before opening and contact us immediately.
